It is very easy to use and you can lock the top in place. I'm very happy with it so far.
I used genoa salami, peppered turkey breast, capacola, mozzerella, colby, and some Delallo's jarred hot banana peppers. All this on a bolillo roll. I mention the name of the brand of peppers only because I think they are much better than the standard brands in taste.
So, here is my finished product. I think it was maybe a little too thick as it didn't get as hot in the middle as I would have liked. But that's okay, I will try another one soon! It was quite tasty and will save me a bunch from ordering subs from the local pizzeria!
