Penny Colgate is back to full price now at Dollar General!

The past couple weeks, we have seen an enourmous amount of items pennied at Dollar General.
We use affiliate ads and links to help fund our site, but we are in no way affiliated with Dollar General.



The lists that the stores received (or what people are leaking, anyway) show only around 60 or so pennies for the past month. Yet, we have well over 200 new penny items added to the Penny Puss APP during that same time-frame. This is why I don't like to add employees to our Dollar General Penny and Clearance group on Facebook! Many times we find surprise pennies LONG before they know anything about it. Is this their fault? Well, no ... but Dollar General marks these items for a penny and they are fair game!

As always, we try to stay on top of things so that we can get the word out. I hate for anyone to take a bunch of items to the checkout that are not a penny when they think they are! This just causes problems for the store and is a little embarrassing for us.

Lots of new "surprise" pennies yesterday at DG!

There was a small list that stores were given yesterday for what was scheduled to penny, but it seems that many other items also pennied!

New markdowns and a few pennies tomorrow at Dollar General!

We have a few items that are set to penny tomorrow at Dollar General, plus some new markdowns.



Tuesday, February 20th, there are a few items on the list that are set to penny. These will be put in the Penny Puss APP in the morning. We will try to get confirmation as soon as we can to update the app.
