The main page says nothing about the sample, but you will see that number 5 under the official rules says that you will receive "a Goodbye Sugar 30 Day Challenge welcome package consisting of a product sample, coupon and recipe cards (ARV $1) mailed to the address indicated on the sign up form. Please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery."
