I did a quick trip to Giant Eagle on Friday (Sorry for the delay on posting, but I don't get much done online when my granddaughter stays over.) Anyway, I came across this AWESOME clearance at Giant Eagle on Friday. Colgate 6-packs of toothbrushes only $1, and HUGE boxes of Poise liners for only $3! Your store clearance prices may vary.
Unfortunately, I did not have any Poise coupons with me. But, I did have my husband with me, who tries to talk me out of buying things. So, I put all the Poise in my cart ... even if there are no coupons, this is an awesome deal. These are over $12 a box at Walmart! So my husband talks me out of buying ALL the toothbrushes as we do have a decent stock of them (I did get 1 pack). Then, he tries to talk me out of the Poise ... reading me the details ... I'm like "seriously, you are going to critique my pads" ... he just laughed.
So, the really nice thing about Giant Eagle is that they allow you to bring coupons back within 7 days of your purchase. So as soon as I got home, I looked through my coupons. I had two $2 off Poise (excluding certain smaller sizes). Then I went to the Coupon Database and looked up Poise - jackpot! I printed two $2 off Poise liners. Then, I went over to Poise website and printed two more $2 off Poise liners coupons!
I had purchased 6 boxes so I had a coupon for each box! I took my receipt back with the coupons yesterday evening and got $12 back - making them only $1 a box! I'm stocked for quite a while now!
When I went back to redeem the coupons, I did check the clearance again and most of it was gone.
