Amazon prices can vary quite a bit from day to day. I have ordered similar items to these in the past and within a few days or sometimes even hours, they have jumped to prices 4-5 times of what I paid.
Here are the two that I just ordered the other day. These are both sterling silver and they have a "gem" in the middle that shakes and moves with you. This makes it really sparkle!

This sterling silver hearts with created white saphire was $6.17 for me. It is also a nice size. And, as I said, the price could jump at any time. Amazon is good (or bad) about that!
