Wow!  I admit that I have not been on the Kmart website since our Kmart moved out.  I used to mostly order for store pickup.

You have to fill out the form and send it with a copy of your photo ID by 12/2/17 to get your points.  They are awarded in monthly installments over 12 months.  But this is a still a great deal if you shop there anyway!
