Wow, when did JCPenney start price-matching?

I used to shop at JCPenney a lot, but I just don't get over to the mall that much anymore.  I still shop online occasionally though.  Anyway, when I was browsing the JCPenney website, I  noticed that they now price-match.  When did that start?

Even up to 14 days AFTER a purchase, you can bring in an ad and they will beat it by 5%!  Has anyone tried their price-matching?


Of course there are restrictions and exclusions.  The site does say that you can still use coupons after the price-match though!  It looks promising!
