My shopping haul at Dollar General this morning!

Dollar General's "Extra 50% off Clearance Event" started today and I was at our local store at exactly 8 am!  I was really hoping to find the Reynold's Aluminum Foil that is clearanced, but no luck.  I did do very well though!



I spent $11.97 at my local store  - this is after coupons including a $3 off $15 survey coupon.  I used the coupons within the limits printed on them.  The Shea Moisture coupons were from gift sets I purchased after Christmas and had no limit indicated.

The Gold Bond Powder shown was marked on the shelf, but rang full price.  I believe it's the green bottle that should be clearance.  All coupons came off with no problem except for the $3 off 2 Dove.  That coupon was put in manually.

The Loreal Hair Expert coupon is worded weird, but shows the shampoo right on the coupon.  It says "hairstyle" product.  It did work just fine though.

The second store that I went to, I spent $3.02  - again, after coupons including a $3 off $15 survey coupon.  Remember these are one-time use coupons, but a new survey code printed on each of my new receipts!

The Suave Professionals $3 off 2 from a newspaper insert did not work, but the cashier manually did an override.

So my total out of pocket today was just under $15!
